Why can't I import my flight?

Flight imports can fail for several reasons. First, verify that the date and flight number are correct. If it still fails to import, try waiting until the flight is closer. Most issues usually resolve if the flight is imported 1-3 days before departure.


Why is there no aircraft history?

This is usually caused by the aircraft not having flown within the last 48 hours.


Why does the timetable say "0m" or "—" for the taxi time?

Sometimes, the taxi data can be incorrect. Taxi times are most accurate after you have departed the gate (departure taxi) or have landed (arrival taxi).
